Dutch prosecutors: Russia desires to thwart investigation that is mtitle7

SCHIPHOL, Netherlands — A Dutch prosecutor said Tuesday that we now have “strong indications” Russia wants to undermine investigations in to the downing of Malaysia Flight 17 and told judges during the test of four suspects that lots of witnesses worry with regards to their security.

Prosecutor Thijs Berger made the declaration in the 2nd day for the test of three Russians and a Ukrainian faced with the murder of most 298 people and crew killed whenever a missile shot down the Amsterdam-to-Kuala Lumpur journey on July 17, 2014. The suspects were not current.

Prosecutors allege that the Russian Buk missile shot down the journey from an agricultural industry in an area of eastern Ukraine managed by pro-Moscow rebel forces. Russia denies any participation within the downing.

Berger told judges that there clearly was proof Russian cleverness agents attemptedto hack in to the computers of Malaysian and Dutch investigations to the downing of Mtitle7.

“This information casts a shadow that is dark these proceedings,” he stated. “There are strong indications that the Russian federal government is extremely keen to thwart this investigation and that it is really not averse to deploying the Russian protection solutions to the end. These Russian safety solutions have already been accused of numerous murders in the past few years committed in a variety of europe.»

Another prosecutor, Dedy Woei-a-Tsoi, told judges that «every work shall need to be built to hear witnesses properly.»
